Ghantasala Smaraka Peetham is a novel concept which is originated from the idea of having a memorial for Sri Ghantasala Venkateswar Rao. This memorial has a Lord Shiva’s temple built in beautiful ambience surrounded by a lake and trees around which offers a serene pleasant climate.

The height of the Shivalingam in the temple is around 60 feet. A statue of Sri Ghantasala is placed right in the entrance of the temple. The Shivalingam in the sanctum sanctorum is 60 feet in height and is open on the top to capture cosmic energy.

In the temple premises, there is also a ashram where devotional and spiritual gatherings, spiritual knowledge sessions and devotional programs are conducted.

The whole set-up of the memorial is intended to create a pleasant experience with continuous play of beautiful classics and melodious compositions of Sri Ghantasala filled with a lovely, serene atmosphere.
