Versatile, multifaceted, Master Sharathchandra is Founder of the institutions, Ghantasala Sangeeta Kalasala, Ghantasla Arts Academy and Ghantasala Smaraka Peetham which operate and offer services in the areas of Ghantasala’s Music, devotional and other associated service oriented projects respectively.
The innovative musical mind, Master T Sharathchandra who had performed on several national and International diases, is honoured with several titles, top of which, where he is dearly addressed as “Apara Ghantasala” . He spearheaded many events and programs like ‘Ghantasala across Andhra Pradesh can be referred to as a conceptualist who went a long way to visualize and gave a true shape to his vision by establishing a music college which is continuously dedicated in teaching all forms of Ghantasal’s music.
A true aficionado of Sri Ghantasala, Sharathchandra laid foundation through his innovative approach in taking this mission forward by channelizing his best efforts as his contribution in reinstating the great voice of the distinguished singer and to always remain afresh in every musical heart in today’s and also in forth coming generations.
Having established 7 music colleges, named ‘Ghantasala Sangeeta Kalasala’ in different parts of Andhra Pradesh, India, Master Sharathchandra is a true educator for being exemplary in not only originating a new concept of Ghantasala’s music college, but also for driving the institution following the university standards in teaching methodology and creating platform for the budding singers .
Apart from being an educator, Master Sharathchandra is an all round player and proved his versatility by initiating huge devotional and service projects. He established Ghantasala Arts Academy, which is aimed at encouraging several music artists and giving them opportunities to grow in their areas of interest and Ghantasala Smaraka Peetham, which includes Siva Sakthi Devastanam, a temple built by him and Smaraka Peetham which is oriented as a service project.
